Participants: Only 12 journalists (highly competitive selection)

This is not a basic training. It is a leadership-focused, immersive programme that will strengthen your ability to:
- Lead ethical and accountable newsrooms
- Report with balance, fairness, and credibility
- Cover elections responsibly, from both a journalist and voter perspective
- Apply solutions journalism and investigative techniques
- Navigate political reporting, crisis communication, and sensitive language
- Strengthen your professional presence in the digital media landscape
The programme will also feature a dedicated session with the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) Lesotho on Human-Centred Election Reporting.

This is a two-day residential (sleepover) training, designed to allow for deep engagement, peer learning, and meaningful reflection among media leaders.
